ONLY OFFERED FOR TITLES RECOGNIZED BY THE IHCUS AWARDS PROGRAM

- Club recognized: All events recognized by the versatility award. All other events or venues not recognized at this time for first titled awards.
- Order deadline is August 10th
- Plaques will be given out at the National Specialty on a yearly basis
- Plaques will only be given to the recipient of the plaque unless written permission is received by IHCUS Awards Chair
- A shipping fee will be charged for any plaque that has to be mailed.
