IHCUS Merit Awards
ONLY OFFERED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE IHCUS AWARDS PROGRAM
MUST HAVE APPROVED APPLICATION TO PURCHASE!
- All certificates and medallions will be mailed after the application is approved by the awards chair.
- Plaques may be given out at the IHCUS National Specialty yearly IF ordered by owner.
Plaques may be ordered for dogs that have earned a place in the “Merit Award Category” as long as it was given in the current “awards” year (August 11th to August 10th)
- You MUST fill out the information to go on the certificate and plaque when paying for it.
- Please submit your dogs registered name, call name, owner(s) and breeder(s) as you want it on the certificate.
- DOUBLE CHECK your spelling.
- Plaque will be engraved as it reads here.
- IHCUS will NOT make any corrections.
- Only the primary owner will be listed on the Plaque.
- Certificates and medallions are included in the application fee.

- Previous Award recipients can purchase medallions at reduced cost.
